Infamous for the amount of women’s clothing stores and boutiques, Mykonos does not seem to strike many as a location to have a large selection of men’s fashion. While somewhat true, it is the quality of what is to be found, not just the sheer number of stores. In fact, I deem Mykonos an efficient place for a man to shop for clothes, as for the few mens shops there are offer such a large variety of styles and sizes, and of course, they are all very high quality and fashionable choices. Located in the main town of Mykonos, one can enjoy shopping here as their staff is very gentile, and can help you chose your product if unsure about what you are looking for. One thing to point out is that this is more of a dressy store, one would find more casual button down shirts, loafers, and pants than t-shirts and sandals. I am big on ElixirGallery. They have some of the most interesting selections of mens clothes I have seen. Although they do not carry any mainstream designer brands, they have a collection of modern, contemporary mens wear. T-shirts from Japanese and Russian designers with cool designs litter their mens tops selection. Swimwear, footwear, and accessories are also avaiabile to purchase, but the biggest attraction to the store is the t-shirts/tops. T-shirts with visible stitches, zippers, and rips in the item are primarily what can be found in the t-shirts section. Ergon Mykonos has the most obscure, and creative selection of clothes and shoes in the island without a doubt. The styles of their clothes are so unseen before, mixing street/casual wear with certain aspects of more formal clothing like dress shirts and shoes. While many designer boutiques such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci have stores on the island of Mykonos, I decided to give three shops that ope may not have heard of due to being not as internationally known.
